Thank you for visiting The California Dental Laboratory Association web site. At CDLA we try to raise the level of our industry by offering state of the art technical knowledge, and assistance in the development of industry standards, solutions for business and information on governmental relations. In visiting us you have shown your interest to seek knowledge and educate yourself within the realm of Dental Technology. Here you will be able to find the resources to expand your horizons and educate yourself while finding camaraderie with your peers. Don’t wait to long to become involved with your associates, every one has knowledge and when we share, it helps all of us to develop.
I myself waited too long to get acquainted with this organization. I have been a technician for thirty-seven years and did not become a CDT until twenty-three years in the field. I felt I was doing my part but it was all for myself. Since joining CDLA, as director at large, I formed study groups, organized classes, and found that everybody was doing as much as they could for themselves, but as a group we learned, that from each other, sharing knowledge and developing friendships is a big reward, as well as the self development and knowledge we gain.
